This year, PCR Peripheral is happy to join forces with the 38th National Congress of the Italian Society of Interventional Cardiology (GISE) in Milan, Italy for two days on 11 and 12 October 2017.
Therefore, registration fees include attendance for both GISE and PCR Peripheral sessions.

The PCR Peripheral Course

Made By and For Interventional Cardiologists, the PCR Peripheral Course aims to increase the proficiency of interventional teams across the world with the ultimate goal of improving patient care. 

Today, the interventional peripheral space is reaching its “golden age” as it becomes the first-choice therapeutic option for the majority of patients affected by peripheral vascular disease. Within this scenario, the Course addresses the controversies, challenges and lack of consensus that still remain in-spite of worldwide accepted treatment strategies.

Registrations can be processed either online or through the pdf registration form to be sent directly to the Organizing Secretariat OIC by e-mail registratiogise@oic.it, or by fax (+39 055 5035230), together with copy of the payment.

  • Get Together - 12 October 2017 at 22.30, venue Alcatraz, Via Valtellina, 25, Milano.
    Participation to the Get Together is reserved for registered Congress participants only, entrance is allowed by presenting the invitation ticket included in the registration kit.

Registration is mandatory both for participation in the scientific sessions and for oral / poster presenters.

Group Registrations

In order to facilitate your group registration please download the “Group Registration Form” and the “Name list” and return all the documents duly filled in and signed, together with the proof of payment to the following E-mail: registrationgise@oic.it. The name list must be sent as an attachment by e-mail only (no fax).

Registration fees will be confirmed and accepted without final name list until 22 September 2017 if paid in full, according to the published registration deadlines.
After 22 September 2017 the complete name list must be sent together with the group form and the payment advice.

Terms of payment

Please note that your registration cannot be processed without payment. Please submit your payment information together with the completed registration form. You may pay by credit card or bank transfer (see details below). We strongly encourage on-line registration (credit card payment only).

Bank transfers must not involve charges for the recipient.
The participant’s and sender’s names must be clearly indicated on the transfer order as well as the payment purposes. The copy of the payment advice must be sent together with the registration form.
ATTENTION: Registrations can be considered valid only after having received the payment. Forms without proof of payment will not be processed.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS 

Any change or cancellation in connection with registrations must be sent in writing to OIC srl by Fax +39 5001912 or by E-mail: registrationgise@oic.it 
The paid amounts will be refunded as follows: 

  • Until September 10, 2017: the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 70% as penalty charge 
  • After September 11, 2017: no refund will be made for cancellations or last minute changes 
  • Should a delegate not attend the congress, for whatever reasons, no further claims for reimbursement can be made. 

All delegates are urged to take personal travel insurance.

NOTA PER LA FATTURAZIONE ALLE PUBBLICHE AMMINISTRAZIONI

Le iscrizioni per i dipendenti delle Pubbliche Amministrazioni dovranno essere inviate unicamente utilizzando la scheda cartacea. Non sarà possibile effettuare al momento iscrizioni per i dipendenti delle Pubbliche Amministrazioni tramite il nostro portale on-line. 

Per poter ricevere fattura intestata ad un ente pubblico ed emessa con SCISSIONE DI PAGAMENTO (addebito dell’IVA in fattura alla P.A.) dovrà essere fornito obbligatoriamente, oltre ai dati fiscali dell’Ente, il codice univoco PA (Identificazione Pubbl. Ammin.) di 6 caratteri alfanumerici attribuito ad ogni singola unità organizzativa (UO) ed ogni altra eventuale informazione che l’Ente stesso ritenga necessaria ed opportuna per facilitare l’identificazione del pagamento del servizio come da norma della fatturazione elettronica. 

Per poter usufruire invece dell’esenzione IVA ai sensi dell’art. 10 del DPR 633/72 come modificato dall’art. 14, comma 10 della legge 24 dicembre 1993 n. 537, dovrà essere inviata, unitamente alla scheda di iscrizione, una dichiarazione scritta (contenente tutti i dati fiscali dell’Ente, oltre al codice univoco PA) in cui si specifichi che il dipendente (indicare nome e cognome) per cui viene richiesta l’iscrizione è autorizzato a frequentare l’evento per aggiornamento professionale; oltre ad ogni altra eventuale informazione che l’Ente stesso ritenga necessaria ed opportuna per facilitare l’identificazione del pagamento del servizio come da norma della fatturazione elettronica. 

In mancanza di tale dichiarazione o del codice univoco PA dovrà essere il dipendente ad anticipare l’importo dovuto, e poi richiederne il rimborso al proprio Ente. In questo caso la fattura con IVA inclusa verrà intestata al partecipante. Non verranno accettate richieste di modifica delle fatture già emesse o di rimborso dell’IVA versata dopo il termine del congresso.
